Circus volunteers needed
The circus is coming to Gabriola, and volunteers are needed to help with circus events on Monday, July 20th and Tuesday, July 21st. It will be fun with lots of opportunity to enjoy amazing teamwork. Volunteers needed
- To sell and receive admission tickets for concert and guide washroom access.
- To set-up, tear down, move and store chairs, stage, tents. strong volunteers over the 2 days at various times as the circus continues.
- As parade guides and to act as safety marshalls.

Monday, July 20th
- 11:00 am — ROLLO CENTRE LAWN stage set-up for 1pm Seniors’ Show
- 1:00 pm — SENIORS SHOW
- 2:00 pm — ROLLO CENTRE LAWN stage removal after the 1pm Seniors’ Show
- 4:00 pm — COMMONS LAWN picnic area set up
- 6:00 pm — COMMONS LAWN PICNIC
- 7:30 pm — COMMONS LAWN picnic area removal
- 8:00 pm — COMMONS LAWN Jam
- 9:00 pm — COMMONS LAWN After Jam clear-up
Tuesday, July 21st
- 10:00 am — COMMONS LAWN stage and chair set-up
- 11:30 am — FOLK LIFE VILLAGE PARADE Marshals
- 12:00 pm — PARADE
- 12:30 pm — SHOW – COMMONS LAWN
- 1:00 pm — COMMONS LAWN Workshops set-up, chairs and tables
- 1:15 pm — WORKSHOPS
- 3:30 pm — COMMONS LAWN Show – set-up chairs
- 6:00 pm — COMMONS ENTRANCE Receiving admission tickets and guiding for washrooms and info
- 7:00 pm — SHOW
- 9:00 pm — COMMONS LAWN store stage and chairs
