Gabriola Recreation Society – summer programs

The Gabriola Recreation Society has published their summer program guide. What’s available:
For adults: Yogalates, Beach Bumbs, Pilates, Ballet.
For kids: Mix It Up Camp (ballet, gymnastics, African dance), Drama, Sailing, Multi-sport (soccer, t-ball, hockey), Junior Golf, Junior Tennis, Swimkids, Art Camp, Soccer Camp, Softball, Basketball, Volleyball, Track and Field.

Canada Day Potato Cannon Challenge

Gabriola’s Canada Day Potato Cannon Challenge is back this year, thanks to the Gabriola Rod, Gun, and Conservation Club.
The competition begins at 2pm at Brickyard Beach on July 1st. Competitors should arrive at 1:30 to register.

Barn dance with The Haints

Raspberry’s Canada Day party

Canada Day Potluck Picnic

Gabriolans for Local Food Choices invite you to a Canada Day Potluck Picnic. Its’ at Twin Beaches on July 1st. Come at 4pm, eat at 5pm. Bring your own everything: food, dishes, frisbees, musical instruments, and water.

Heartsong concert
