Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions
This course runs on six Saturdays at the Gabriola Women’s Institute Hall. It’s a free six-week Chronic Disease Self-Management Program, and it aims to give you tools to live a healthy life. It’s run by volunteer leaders through the University of Victoria.

Who can take part? Adults of all ages who are experiencing chronic conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, asthma, fibromyalgia, hypertension, depression or any other ongoing or long-term health contition(s) can attend. Their family members, friends, and caregivers are also welcome, as they will benefit from the infomration and develop a better understanding of living with a chronic condition.
Course dates: April 4th to May 23rd (no sessions April 11 or May 16th). Course times: Saturdays, 9:30 am to 12 noon.
